Really, Mike Barber?

Your response to a detailed article about racial disparities in traffic stops, searches, and arrests for minor infractions is to question the numbers and bitch about the NYT running the story? 

Your own police chief accepts the data, and the fact the article ran in the Times first is an indictment of our hollowed-out local daily, not the story itself. 

Also, the article is clearly about a national phenomenon, not just a random shot at GSO. 

Your remarks are an embarrassment to this city. 

As I said the other day, GSO should move now to suspend arrests for possession of small amounts of marijuana and for r/o/d an officer.
