Now that Colorado has legalized recreational weed use, the big question is whether "South Park" will revisit the issue. My Magic 8-Ball says it will.

Now, let's all watch a hastened migration of young folks to Washington and Colorado from all corners of the US. They will probably even create jobs and stuff.

NC's pitiful showing on Amendment One was more about a pitiful campaign in opposition rather than history turning so quickly.
In 2006, Virginia passed an "Amendment One" by 57%.
In 2012, NC's Amendment One passed by 61%.
Competent campaigns matter.
NC didn't have one opposing Amendment One.
