South Elm Urban Market opens this Sunday, as does the next section of the downtown Greenway.
My office is due for its septennial cleaning, so I was planning on being in the neighborhood anyway. Maybe I'll see you at one or both festivities.

Stop by the tent city next to the Greenway. I'll be checking out the festivities from there. You're welcome to join us in the circle by the firepit. We've been watching the progress all along. :)

Thanks for the blog love, Ed -- and thanks for being such a nice neighbor and offering to help load tents for us the other day, too. I'll be bilocating for both events so I'll hope to see you and Luna at both. It should be a rockin' day downtown! Now I just have to remember where I left my TARDIS.....

I love that the South Elm Urban Market is an afternoon market. And it's just a few blocks from my church, so I can leave there and go to the market. Great!

And of course on Thursday afternoons, the Warnersville neighborhood just on the other side of Lee St. has its own Farmers Market now too - at the J.C. Price school (aka the property Greensboro College was going to turn into a Sportsplex aka the really cool old school you see heading north on Freeman Mill before crossing over Lee St.)
