Actually, that's pretty much what bubbles do, isn't it? 

I don't blame Doug for taking umbrage at big-media condescension toward High Point, and like him I'm rooting for HPU to succeed. Maybe his headline, which differentiates between booms and bubbles, will prove out.

But the questions about debt, sustainability, and succession are worth asking. Here are HPU's numbers for last year. Interesting to see what this year's report looks like.
