True, Miller is hoisted on his own petard, still, I will miss him as my representative. He was smart, had his policy priorities properly oriented and was approachable. He'd make a great challenger to Kay Hagan.

As a consumer advocate he utterly failed. During his time in office he managed to do more for the banking industry than those he supposedly advocated for. How much did he save us relative to the amount he cost us when he supported TARP?
