Don Moore

I figured it would be like that for about a year. As soon as the newness wears off, would be the best time for a tour.

It's a shame that the tours are rigid; but I think that will change. Especially, when you get students who want to draw/sketch exhibits - that should become more popular as the museum ages.

We toured the museum yesterday afternoon. Arrived at 4:00 thinking that we could spend the 2 hours until closing seeing the exhibits. The nice gentleman doing the tour was very apologetic about the restrictions. Lots of interactive exhibits but no opportunity to interact. I ended up spending lots of time standing at the edge of the tour group, whispering with my son as we discussed my memories of the events depicted in the museum.

Yes it would be nice to tour the museum at your own leasure.
