I don't think anyone of voting age ever considered Vampire Saturation a good idea. Rather, it was just something that sort of happened.

A Zombie Apocalypse, on the other hand, is an excellent idea, long overdue. I'll keep you posted as to my progress in this regard.

Fascinating package in the WaPo. Of course some of these are just silly. I'm not a Blackberry or iPhone user, but if smartphones are such a bad idea, no one would use them.

To me, the ideas that guided government policy are the most worrisome. Let others fret over dancing shows. I'll gnash my teeth over the torture memos, Tora Bora, and "housing prices can only go up."

I vote for Kate Hudson/Matthew McConaughey movies being the worst idea of the decade.

Percy Walker

Worst idea of the decade: Having Nellie McKay review a John Lennon bio.

Vampire saturation wouldn't be an issue if Buffy was still in production.

the bad idea which gave the biggest signal was calling a bankster meeting, then the officers of the 3 largest tell the potus to kiss their lily whites if he could find them in the fog. The broken rudder cable was exposed. Vampire saturation seems to show up when social mood is going to the dark side.
