I wonder if having a blog will help Schwartz be more successful than McNealy was at SUNW?
McNealy took a lot of abuse from investors (with a fair amount of justification), and Scwartz may be exposed to even more because he blogs.

blogging will have no impact on schwartz, unless it makes him more responsive to consumers than McNeely was. Say 5-8 years ago, dell and other low-cost PC manufacturers got their product on-par with Sun's hardware at about 1/10th the cost (for desktop workstations, not servers). There is NO way you can compete with a comparable product at 10X the cost.
