All this night I invited the hobgoblin visitors to my door to take as much as they wanted from the bowl. I was feeling expansive. And that worked through the several visits UNTIL that last, too old group at 8:30, who of course drained my supply of Reese Peanut Buttercups and Snickers totally. What was I thinking?

Had close to 100 trick or treaters. Many repeat customers and great costumes. I don't remember anyone that didn't say thank you. Lots of parents & neighbors came to the door and wished us a Happy Halloween. Dog loved it because she got petted many times. No visitors after 8:00pm, shut down at 8:30pm.
