Natural gas prices are low, and NC may have just a fraction of the reserves initially touted by the gas companies.
We have time to get this right.

The Governor's statement suggests about 3 layers of task forces before someone actually writes some standards.
Add some committees to decide who should be on the task forces and approve their reports.
First draft of standards in 2018.
