I believe there is a UNC-TV program about this project. The depth of the Spanish plans for the Carolinas is a fascinating new topic in state history.

add in the possible relocation site of the Lost Colony, and a big wow in NC history.

Google mapped the neck of land that is suspect to be the colony. It's now a subdivision.
