One supposes that there might be a higher-than-usual challenge rate on new property tax evaluations in Guilford County, but $5.6 billion is a big starting number, so the feared reval disaster seems not to have happened.

I dont know. Mine was a tad below market value. No appeal from me. As noted here earlier Aycock values appear to the low side. There will and should be several appeals across the county. Many I am sure will be some of the same folks from 8 years ago and 8 years before that, etc.
