Yes, it's easy to find the weekly IFYI. After all, you seem to post it most weeks.
But if you miss a week, it'd be at least a little hard to go find that week's installment, because you don't post a link. You download the document and put it on your (blog platform's) server.

I do it that way because I get it in an email every week.
It's still archived and searchable at this outlet...but also very easy to find at the City website.
