Yes it would. Credit the electeds for studying the issue in some depth, and staff for earning their confidence.

Curious as to whether or not people think this was a good use of council's time. Seems like this solution could have been arrived at without the intervention of council and endless hours of discussion during council meeting time.

I am satisfied with this as an additional step with the porn issue. We shall see how it goes. Did not Kathy Hartsell say repeatedly here and elsewhere that our existing technology could be used for filtering and that it would not have any additional cost? What's up with the 10 grr? I must note that I think the cost is well worth it.
Yes, I think this was an appropriate if not somewhat overblown debate. But, I am glad it happened.
