Across the board on our side a lot of good candidates lost to really bad candidates. It is very disheartening.

Plus 10 percent turnout in our local races up here in RockCo is really sad given the amount of noise people are making.

I wonder what that means?

My guess is that many/most of the people who would vote for such a polarizing figure did so in the primary, while his opponent will pick up the lion's share of votes from the other candidates in the runoff.

I don't know, Ed. He's got money out the ying-yang, and for some reason, News14 gave him a lot of (live) airtime last night.

While he has burned some bridges with his opponents and his party, he's got some juice.
