I'm told that this house, near Freeman Mill Road on the south side of town, was open for more than a year until the City, notified by a neighbor, prevailed upon the owner to address the nuisance.

Ed, give credit where it's due. Ben Holder posted that picture (or a very similar one) on his "Action Glenwood" blog on Jan. 29.
I'm sure if you contacted the owner about buying the property, they would want some overinflated price for it. It's typical that the owners of these slum houses don't want to fix up their properties but they sure don't want to let go of them either.

I would never post someone's work without proper credit or permission.
