A look at some reasons why "Kay Hagan faces a significantly more advantageous political environment than previous Democratic Senate candidates in North Carolina."

Granted, the report is from Anzalone Liszt Research, a firm employed by Hagan (and Larry Kissell), but ALR has been on a hot streak of late.
