Jack Armstrong (aka John C. Larsh), best-known locally as the former morning man on Oldies 93, has died.

Brad Krantz, who sent along the tip, says Armstrong was "one of the all-time legends of radio."

Armstrong was included in a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame exhibit on influential DJs.
