I don't inspire easy, but being in the presence of the three surviving members of the Greensboro Four really hit me. It was like being in a room with Apollo astronauts or something. Real heroes.

Lots of elected officials on hand at the event, including all of the county commissioners but Yow and Arnold. Lots of excitement around Fantasia. Good to see HondaJet stepping up as a sponsor of a local cause.
Next year, I'd love to see more of the folks who turn out for the Blandwood Ball come out for this event. It might be as simple as asking them. I'd be happy to do it.
