Name calling is so juvenile. JW really needs to work on being more professional. The name calling does not help her case. In fact, it puts her on a lower level. I hope JW takes my advice and works to present herself in a more professional manner. It would be great if she did that ASAP.

I thought the same thing that JW did. This clown is just doing some legal grandstanding for his own entertainment and / or publicity, and the payoff for him will be minimal. Surely there are other, more worthy legal windmills for him to joust with. Here's hoping he loses. Hopefully they'll do a front-page story about him going down to the collections office to pay when that time comes -- you know, for balance.
