Last time I checked the registrations, Hull is not coming to the conference, and a glance at the book's table of contents reveals he is not there either - I wonder why?

Null is probably ducking the conference because he fears open discussion of scientific issues.
The fact that he is a cartoon character may also be a factor.

Yup, it's windy here today - perhaps he doesn't like when wind blows through his lines.
