More on the ad agency suit against Maine blogger Lance Dutson at Know It All.
The Media Bloggers Association is flexing its muscles on this case, and I would bet it is not going to end well for the agency or the state tourism board.

Been there done that with a "non-profit". In the long run, it generally doesn't go well for organizations (especially state-subsidized ones) that call people "liars" when they're actually telling the truth.
I wish I had known about blogging (or had a blog) when I was unsuccessfully sued for "libel" back in 2000. I would have been on-line with every dirty legal trick every day.
If even a few defendants of bogus lawsuits like these did that, you'd have "tort reform" in a hurry.
Maybe the MBA will sell T-Shirts to finance the lawyers.
